[ QUOTE ]
Guys it won't let me download the videos, which is my preferred method of viewing them.

Also, I liked it when you put the 5 most recentley added videos and their authors on the home page.

CTS video is so sick. He explains his thought processes so [censored] well. I think I'm renewing my membership now just for him.

-My Dashboard > My Profile > Account > Change Account > Tabs at Bottom As seen above, You can upgrade your account that way.

-We are aware the recent vids tool isn't working - this was a problem with importing all the old data in and we will have to go in and manually reassign the dates.

-If you are having video problems, login to the CR forums to the admin section and there are some common tips there. Also you can post the problem you have, OS you use, Membership level, country, etc. and we can troubleshoot it.

-The reason this is so difficult is that people are coming to the site from all over the world and the DNS has not been updated yet. Some people do not have proper access to the site or the DRM because of this. It will take some time but this is out of our hands.

We will get everything fixed. One of the reasons we launched this promo: http://www.cardrunners.com/members/i...5&Itemid=2 was because we knew there would be some growing pains. This is for all CR members and you don't have to do anything to be eligible, just be a paid CR member.

The site is now working faster. Its still not at the speed that I envisioned but with some more optimization over the next couple of days it should be running very quickly.

I can sympathize with every ones frustration on not being able to load the homepage. I estimate that about 1-2% of members are having this problem. We are working very quickly at resolving it.
