Smartnotes doesn't update seats?

Is anyone else having problems with smartnotes not registering when a person takes or leaves a seat at your table? If you look at the handhistory files, you see that the modification time is not updated once the file has been created. I guess that is why smartnotes doesn't update(?)

Bump. Does it work for everyone else or doesn't anyone use it nowadays?
