Just took a shot with 20% of my bankroll

Was playing this huge fish at the $30 PLO sngs and beat him twice so he moved up to $50 and got beat by someone else. Saw him sitting at a $100 so I registered and beat him there. He then registered for a $200 and I just could help myself...I had to put 20% of my bankroll on the line. He would min raise preflop almost every hand and then min bet the flop and turn almost 100% of the time. He also never folded to to my pots on the flop (maybe like twice). He ran like GOD (see below)

Ok, I played this hand horribly but when someone min-bets you non-stop for 4 straight games and then won't lay down a single pair of aces I thought I would be doubling up if I could hit my gutshot. I then make the crying call with 2 pair which is obv no good.

Cliff notes for the HH:

1) He flopped a 7 hi flush, we both checked, I turned the straight, he min bets, then makes another small raise on river...I pay him off.

2) He flops trips, I turn top 2 and get min bet to death.

3) Overpair + flush draw vs. two pair. I turn flush he fills up on river.

4) I flop a straight with 3 clubs on the flop. I play it cautiously, get min bet to death, and he hits runner runner full house.

5) Played horribly, paid him off when I hit 2 pair.

6) Flush over Flush- my 7hi vs. his 10hi

7) My AK92 vs. his AK74. He flops 2 pair, gg me.
