Default TP and open ender vs mega nit 200 NL

I have this guy at 11/10/3 after 100 hands. Converter didnt work for this site. 200 $ stacks. This guy is so tight so i thought he was very likely to have a big hand and would probably stack off if i flopped 2 pair, a flush or a straight.

6 max, 6 players
Hero open to 8 UTG w 10 J of [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]s Villain 3b to 25 from BB.
Flop 8 9 10 rainbow with one spade
Pot size 51

Villain leads for 44 Hero pushes.....
I really didnt think i had the best hand, but i must have some FE and i have to much equity in the pot to fold right ?

Depends how big you're thinking he is. If he's AA it's different than a set. If he's an over pair, it's up to if you want to gamble. 45/55 to an over pair, 25% to win against a set. But you also have to take into account that he could push that with QQ, taking some outs.

You've only got 1/8th of your stack in there so far, so I wouldn't think you need to push, but that's just me
