Beeping noise

My computer starts to beep whenever I am playing computer games. It usually does not start to beep right away, but eventually it does. It stops beeping right away when I exit the game. The beeping is coming from inside of the case. Any ideas on what is causing this noise is appreciated.

Sounds like overheating. Graphics card maybe. Done any overclocking? Please post your computer specs if you know them.
