You sure you're not thinking Omaha here?

If it is about stud 8 then there are a few questions:

Suits?
Pot size?
Dead cards?
3rd street action?
Which cards are exposed?

They are both good hands on 4th street but the A234 is both the EV favorite (hot and cold to the river)and the playing favorite. Here is the numbers with both hands made 4 suited:

pokenum -mc 500000 -7s8 ac 2c 3h 4s - as ah 3c kd
7-card Stud Hi/Low 8-or-better: 500000 sampled outcomes
cards scoop HIwin HIlos HItie LOwin LOlos LOtie EV
4s Ac 2c 3h 158332 161850 337931 219 371235 3988 807 0.555
As 3c Kd Ah 103305 337931 161850 219 14216 21704 807 0.445

Without any further information the play I would make with either of these hands on 4th would be to bet and if bet into I would raise.

As Patty pointed out, A234 is a small favorite heads-up. But you usually don't know what the other guy has, and either of these hands should be bet heads-up pretty much all of the time.

I'm going to disagree with this. I'm usually not much for slowplaying for deception, but (AA)3K is often an exception. There's little point in running the pot up and turning your hand over now when you can represent a bad peel and own your opponent on fifth street.

Sorry, it was (AA) 3k vs (a3) 24

It was capped on the first and the debate was on should k3 cap on the 2nd betting round

On 4th AA is a small favorite over 4 lows without a straight draw and somewhere between a small and a big dog against straight low draws.
