the seer and angel do not know each other. unless the seer happens to pick the angel as a target at some point, then they will learn their role.

This sounds like it would be fun to play on IRC. Have a regular channel for daytime discussion and a private channel for werewolves all regulated (op'd) by the GM. The game would move MUCH faster too (for those of us who lack the patience and commitment for a days-long, forum-based game).
