Default 100NL I have trips on the turn, do I c/c or c/r

I have played a handful of orbits w/ this villain, and he plays a lot of pots. This is the first time I've tangled w/ him postflop. I have a tight image, so I just looking to steal the blinds.

I think he's bluffing me w/ his mini raise on the flop, so I call. Turn card is good for me, I elect to check, thinking if I lead, he'll fold. But should I call behind or raise?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($79)
Hero ($112)
Button ($258.65)
SB ($123)
BB ($61.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, Button calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $13.5</font>, Hero calls $6.75.

Turn: ($36.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $15</font>, Hero ???

I like to bet out on turn, but as played I'd raise to $45.

wait arent we behind here most of the time? what do we expect to beat if we get it in?

im just calling and reevaluating on the river, probably getting it in on a Q, T, 7 and 3, probably blocking some cards and probably c/c some cards
