Default Someone Changed The Absolute Poker Website

Apparently I have gotten the attention of someone high enough in the Absolute Poker organization to modify the Absolute Poker.com website.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...G=Google+Search

Notice the difference between the cached and current version, which just happens to remove all references to Tokwiro Enterprises Enrg as the owner of Absolute Poker.

I think there should be more gems waiting to be found with the Wayback Machine.

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://...lutepoker.com/

I've started with the Team Absolute Page, and there is one point in time with "Absolute Poker is a registered, legal business located in San Jose, the capital city of Costa Rica", then they changed to "licensed and regulated by the Six Nations Gaming Commission", then went to nothing, and then it went to "licensed and regulated in Canada".

I think the user agreements should be targeted next, they should contain the name of the company that the user is signing with, together with the jurisdiction in which the agreement is made.

So now they're officially unregulated? Yay Absoloot!

(Maybe they can use the money they steal - sorry, save - to hire a decent copywriter.)

Virgin and VC for me - safe as houses. Feel sorry for you US players.
