Normal variance ... made worse by sleep deprivation and poor eating, and possibly insufficient bankroll for the stakes being played. If your opponents are approximately as good as you, you are at a disadvantage if you play to the point of exhaustion.

Best results are obtained by having a balanced life. It usually includes:
- Some regular physical activity, nutrition and sleep.
- Social interaction with people (chatting during poker does not count)
- Some creative endeavor (writing, programming, art, constructing something, etc.)
- Playing Poker

know the feeling-just realize poker is all about managing variance- if u win 29/30 sessions in one month, that's [censored] sick. Esp to win 700k. Still think about it like this- u won $200k in 35 days. That's more than 2x what a higher middle class adult makes in a year at a 9-5 grind job...so yea. I mean, sux to lose $500k, but easy come easy go unfortunately. Have better roll management, and get into more of a work mindset when playing poker. Try to do other stuff as part of ur routine, and don't make ur life revolve around poker, but poker revolve around your other interests. I definitely believe in that philosophy if ur a pro... gl man, glad you're feelin better.
