Question: Can he be squeezing often enough to make
this a viable play?

well, it's obviously a question of his raising and calling ranges, and how much different they are.. the villain is raising from the BB into a big crowd, so I would think this means 99+, AQ+ approximately, and to call your all in he's probably going with something like JJ+, AK, so i think if you run the numbers, you'll probably find this play is gonna be -EV

The limp raise didn't work the last time it looked like he was squeezing so I'm not sure why you decided to try it here. If he had folded to the limp raise last time I might try it here knowing he's not afraid to squeeze. This really is a fairly simple pokerstove problem it looks like. Figure out his raising/folding range and his raising/calling range and punch the numbers in.

At first glance it seems like your stack is a little big for this move and it won't be +EV.
