I sent an e-mail to the Ongame Ombudsman and got this reply:

[ QUOTE ]

First of all thank you for taking the time to send the e-mail. Every
forwarded e-mail puts additional pressure on the development teams to ensure
stability and reliability of the software we provide our operators with
improve.

One drawback of the current version of the software we supply all our poker
site partners with is its tendency to handle interaction with external
applications extremely unsatisfactory.

One reason for this is that up till now very little of the time spent
testing is spent on securing full compatibility with some of the more common
applications.

As the "Dev. Corner" section of www.theongamezone.com site might have
revealed already, we are looking into working much more closely with
high-end users such as you to facilitate the process of locating the core of
instability problems caused by usage not directly tested by us.

Now, not all of these issues are related to running external applications,
but we just wanted to pinpoint that trouble area in particular.

The entire thread you sent us has been forwarded to the developers for
feedback. This might take a while, but once we have some fresh straight from
the drawing board info, we will pass on as much as we feel comfortable with.

We hope this is a sufficient response for now.

Sincerely,

Ombudsman
Ongame Network

[/ QUOTE ]

I Doubt anything will happen in the near future. All these problems have existed for some time and they haven't fixed them.. Nice to get a prompt reply though..

Two things that make me go on monkey tilt on Ongame:

1)accidently hitting the FULL SCREEN option when making notes and playing 8 tables
2)accidently hitting the LEAVE TABLE button when I want to sit out and rebuy

I've played at 16 different poker sites so far and Ongame is by far the worst software in my experience. I'm sure they would get far more business if they could improve it. (A lot)

I highly doubt that it has anything to do with your system.
You can have the best sytem , you not run anything but a clean PC with only their Client as the only process you run and you will experience this!!!

It is that bad !!!

Anyway later this table disappearing thing was much more worse because it sometimes disappeared with your money.
And you got back it only when they restarted their server.
Or sometimes some tables simply get stuck and you weren't able to leave them.

They should really consider doing something but beleive me who plays there for years now(but I am fed up now), they simply dont care and won't do anything!!!

How many tables you play?
Me 6-8 and I don't use PAHUD or anything, and I don't say it is frequent but happens and annoying as hell.

As the other big problems lag,rebuy...etc. too.
