Default NL100 - Medium PP vs short stack push

Shorty is an 8/8/5 reg.

Is your first instinct to call or fold here?

If you put him on 99+, AQ+ it is a break even call. Is this range sensible?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 10 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

BB: $19.38
UTG+2: $266.97
Hero (MP1): $105.51

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (10 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">UTG+2 raises to $4.00</font>, Hero calls $4.00, 5 folds, <font color="red">BB raises all-in to $19.38</font>, UTG+2 fold, Hero ??

CMAR went to the trouble to compile a tremendous amount of great material on crushing short stacks seek and perhaps you shall find here.
