How do I find a post I made sometime last year?
I've been trying to locate a post I made sometime last year and the resulst for my user name only list the last 200 posts. In addition, any search by the content of the post (i.e. subject) return a null. I'm guessing it has been moved to the archives. It was a trip report on buying weed over the internets (I'm in Canada so not illeagal - grey area if anything). Any help would be appreciated.

So I tried this and got "no matches". I expanded the scope of the search by using "older than 1 week" and removed the -"re:", still no matches... The only hits I get are for "older than 1 day" and it only gives me 4 hits (I obviously have more posts than that).
Any other suggestions?

Username: jackdaniels Search: -"re:" Date: Newer than 2 years Forum: All forums I get all the posts you've started in the last 2 years

Thx, I got resulst this time (not sure what I was doing wrong before).
Unfortunately, the thread I am looiking for isn't in that range. Is there a way to search for posts earlier than that? (Looks like I started 35 threads, but the weed off the web one I am looking for isn't among them - maybe it was older).

I did a quick look for you in the archive server. Only found one weed/canada post which was a single line reply to another OP.
It looks like your post has gone to that Big Board in the sky, where replies are insightful and trolls are dealt with mercilessly. I wish it well.
