Default PP 11 Speed - On the bubble; sngpt can\'t help

SNGPT can't help me because of the limper.

My first impulse was to push and try to double up through Button. I wasn't sure I'd be able to wait out BB to make it ITM... plus it was soooted!

PartyPoker $11 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t7706)
Button (t8309)
Hero (t1910)
BB (t2075)

Preflop: Hero is in SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I wouldn't be happy about it, but depending on the read on the big stack, I would be pushin'

Fold and pray for the BB to push and lose.

I definitely would not push...

it's between a call and a fold for me...I would more likely call along and check/raise allin on a good flop if the button is the type to bet any flop if checked to him..which is likely for most buttons here

Just so hard telling. This sucker swings drastically with his limp/shove-calling range.

Limping 22+,A2+,K5+,K2s+,QT+,Q8s+,J9s+
Calling 33+,A4+,A2s+,KQ+,KTs+
= -.37 (where never folding - which is quite possible w/ his stack, it's a whopping -3.74)

Limping 22+,K2+,Q5+,Q2s+,J8+,J5s+,T9+,T7s+,98s+
Calling 22+,A2+,KT+,K9s+,QTs+
= +.27

Bottom line -- fold equity. We need him to fold some hands. I don't know that you have it.

I'd muck w/o a lot of internal debate.

why does no one like a call here over a fold? I think we get great value from this hand by calling and check/raising some flops and open pushing some others..

yeah, pondering the push/call, overlooked that option.

meh...sure. better than folding IMO. if no other chips go in (from us/shortie), it has virtually no effect on our FE. does the hand strength deteriorate some 3way? i suppose. but us adding a few chips to the pot could spawn other favorable happenings as well.
