Re: Neteller Poll: Would you go back?
[ QUOTE ]
The DoJ have no case against Neteller, but they're screwing them anyway, because they can. These are the same people who put Tommy Chong in jail for selling bongs over the Internet. The DoJ is also screwing Americans with money in Neteller, because they can. Arresting the founders of Neteller is an act of international piracy. Neteller did nothing wrong. The Internet has advanced the way we play poker and do business. If America behaves as if it were still 1961, then America has a serious problem. Neteller has been forbidden to do business with Americans by the extremely powerful DoJ. The DoJ knows their case against Neteller will fall apart, but they're sticking it to them anyway, because they can. This thread attests to the fact that the DoJ is succeeding. Yes, blame Neteller for the actions of the DoJ. The founders of Neteller got arrested for running a good and honest business. But American corporations did not like the competition. The UIGEA regulations haven't even been written yet, but the DoJ decided to act anyway on some trumped up "pending investigation". Neteller can't return you your money - they have been forbidden. I don't understand why a lot of 2+2 posters have a problem with this simple fact. [/ QUOTE ] How does the DOJ benifit from forcing Neteller to keep our money? |
