Five handed. Folded to CO who <font color="red">raises. </font> BU folds. Hero calls with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the sb. BB comes for the ride.

I probably checkraise to increase my chances of winning UI and also to (somewhat) increase my chances of winning by spiking a pair.

not for me in the sb at least. bb yes. as played, i agree with a c/r on the flop to have a shot at winning regardless of if you complete.

Post flop I usually would checkraise here, but I don't actually hate a donk depending on reads.

I fold pf as well. If villain is aggro and will raise the flop with a lot of non-pair ace high type hands I like a bet 3bet. It really disguises the strength of our hand and we can probably get 3 bets in on the turn when we hit and he has an overpair.

I like a donk here if villain is particularly aggro. Jamming the flop is a great play here (so a bet/3bet possibility argues for a donk if a raise is likely). Hero is very likely to be the favorite on the flop and should get in as many bets as possible.
