As an alternative, I don't see anything wrong with just calling three times. That would be my default if I knew nothing about my opponent and also didn't know what site I was playing on or the limit .

since it looks like you don't have a read here, i'd like a calldown instead of the flop raise. let him bet your hand if he has air while at the same time losing the minimun when you're behind.

played as-is, after he 3-bangs you, unless you have a read on him doing this lightly, i can't see how we could be ahead at this point. unlikely that he's pushing a 3 that hard. i'd peel one off, but def done on turn if ui.

This is 3/6 on Stars. I don't have a read because I reviewed the hand.

A fine example of raising for information with no means to use it.

What do you expect to be snapping off after a bet-3 in an unraised pot?

So open-completing any two with a plan to bet-3 and 3-barrel boards like these is to be expected.

Remind me to deposit in Stars tomorrow. And every day after.

the pot is so small here that giving cheap/free cards is not really as big of a deal making a call/call/call line look better on the flop.

But if I was going to raise the flop, I would do it expecting to fold to a 3-bet. That may seem weak to some 3 handed, but the pot is very small ~ 7 SBs. Considering the open limp in the SB, I would characterize this player as not aggressive enough here to make me want to call.

I think the raise/call down line can be used sometimes, but readless here given the preflop action, I'd prefer either a call-call-call line or a raise/fold line on the flop.
