Default Is this a spewy call? NL10 bottom two pair on monochrome flop

Villain is WAY LAGy so i figured i was wayyyy ahead of him here... should i have maybe even thrown a raise into the mix? i know the preflop was terrible, i guess i just figured if i hit a lucky flop villain would spew some my way.

looks fine to me. If he flopped flush you got off cheap. Could easily be betting TP, Adx.

I bet .5 on flop.

As played, river is okay.

Sorry LOL I'm not doubting you in any way but I'm not too great at bet and raise sizing as it stands now and i was wondering why you would be bet ting closer to pot size on such a wet flop? Why aren't you making a small bet here to see where you stand? I don't understand why a bigger bet here is the more effective alternative.

What about raising the river, since it is a smaller bet than his turn, could he have bet this with a king, and now be trying to block bet?

protecting your hand against draws. cutting down implied odds for your opponent, making it less profitable to chase

making small bets on wet boards is a leak

Also you have two pair so you want to get more money in the pot (not the best example here with this flop) but in general if you bet more on the flop you can therefore bet more on the turn and sometimes get it all in on the river.

Bet more on the flop, you could always fill up. As played, is fine.
