Definitely check. Tough whether to call or fold if he bets a standard amount. With those numbers (the PFR vs VPIP as well as the near-meaningless AF) he doesn't look very aggro, so if he has something like QT I'd expect a turn bet and then river shutdown from him. With that in mind I think check call is best unless he bets big.

Yeah these situations come up all the time. If he has a ten he'll probably bet the turn and check river. Check/call is best albeit easily exploitable.
