Yeah limp preflop, I'd probably make the flop 270 but its about the same, and shove turn.

Flop raise is too small. Raise an amount that you will be comfortable jamming on the turn.

Given that villain led the flop, called Hero's raise, and then led the turn, we're not at all concerned that he picked up two clubs in the BB? What are we looking to accomplish by pushing - villain folding flush draws/low flushes? calling with an over pair? either?

We're getting him to call/fold hands weaker than our set, taking away odds for a flush draw, and getting it all in against a possible made flush to draw to a full house. If the river comes up blank and he has the flush we are likely to get it all in and lose anyway.
