I sent mine and will be spamming it to everyone I know and to every forum I am a member of. Really nice work.

Is there a simple form letter written up on their site that people can simply sign the bottom of and send onto their congressperson? I mean snailmail, btw.

I think anything that is extremely easy and quick will be the best bet in getting the very casual player involved.
