Ok - the consensus seems to be that there's not enough fold equity - even if the Villain is a tight nit - for a semibluff to be a good choice because the board probably hits Villain's hand too well.

Turn: c/c
River: c/f UI

i don't know why everyone is calling this guy nitty. i'm 27/20 and OFTEN appear as a 40/30 or 15/10 over 70 hands.

that said, i c/c c/f like everyone else.
