Obviously I will have to lie for some of the answers, since I can't discuss everything I do in my job as awesome secret agent. I prefer "secret agent" to "spy" although you might also consider me to be a spy. Ask away.

No and yes; I was never given a number, but I did revoke my right to my original identity. Instead I was given several aliases with complete backstories, passports, credit histories, etc. Virtually every database (credit, governmental, etc) is computerized so it's fairly easy to change information in them provided you have access.

Actually one of my bosses looked somewhat like the picture you posted. I never slept with the woman, although I am vaguely familiar with her through a mutual acquaintance. Most of my "bosses" were just voices on the other end of a telephone and my regular "boss" I rarely dealt with, so there was never much of a problem.
