I planned to c/f, but he only bet 100. Normally we say on the river it`s a big hand or a bluff if he bets. I can`t see the T having helped him unless he had TT.

Well, as we learned from 'VegasRunner' in my thread with the hand vs Emo_Boyfriend, 3-betting AQ oop is just spew as you might as well have 72o and you are dominated by lots of hands such as AA,KK,AK,QQ. In fact, you are playing oop with a trouble hand so you might as well just fold preflop.
