i like a 4bet and fold to a min5bet. you only invested 10bucks and i would definately put villain on AA KK or the other two queens (which is unlikely).
i like your line.
if you call that min 3bet you have no clue what kind of hand he has

4betting and folding to a 5bet makes the hand much easier to play but i think it has much lower EV. by doing that you allow him to play perfectly. He can shove AA/KK, and ofld everything else.

on the other hand the info you get isnt really reliable. he could 5bet AK, or JJ, and obv folding then is terrable.

i dont think you should 4bet if your planning to fold to a 5bet. eiter just call his 3bet, or 4bet and call a shove.

Very player dependent, I would just call RR, you are in position, this lets you play the hand a little easier.
As played, make decision now, you can't call here, fold or felt.

IMO.
