i tried using the ring and seemed to get a nice boost from the +3 att and dmg.

i filled out 1 of the surveys for the free 14 fps and sold 2 of them for 10k each. i could only put 5k of it in the bank so everyone and their mother is kicking my ass stealing my gold.

yeah i found a guy when i was level 3 that had about 200k gold on him so i attacked him and stole around 50k. after celebrating my cleverness I quickly discovered that I had been mugged hard and it was all gone.

Scotch78 speaks the truth. I wandered around picking scraps until I joined his guild around lvl 10. It's been nothing but smooth sailing from that point on. If anyone else is getting into this, then make sure to look up the guild.

Joining the guild also gives you tons of bonuses to every stat... so it will help low levels a lot.

yeah, i joined the guild not knowing about the bonuses...now i am kicking major butt and getting fast exp

up to lvl 7

I signed up and walked around a little but it was too slow to continue playing (as in the pages took too long to load)

it is a slow game...no getting around that.

i learned a very good trick from their forums though...

if you hit a screen with several monsters (i've seen as many as 9); you click them all fairly clickly one at a time....

the only combat you will see is the final one...but you will kill all of them and collect gold and exp

i just middle-click all of them to open new tabs, and once the pages are loaded i close the tab.

the only problem is you don't always know when your backpack is full, but most of the stuff you pick up at the low levels is crap anyway.
