i would of pushed harder with this board, like full pot sized bets on flop and turn,

but as played, yougotta call, he's got almost nothing behind

He's got a busted flush draw and a lower 2 pair here to make that call profitable. The may very well have a ten also, but there's no way you can fold here... Bet harder at least on the turn...
