Default Two bluff lines (NL200)

In this hand the villain is crackleback. He's not exactly good, but he plays back more than most bad players without being a complete fish. He's definitely spewy though, but can lay down marginal hands. He seems to love to float. I only have 400 hands on him, but I have him at 33.4/9.8/1.54 with a fold to cbet of only 58%. Is this better than firing like $42 on the turn? Is c/f just the best play here all the time?

This is vs. a complete unknown. I'll take my chances playing this in position vs. an unknown who opens for 3x in MP3 although I'm sure some of you will hate preflop. I call the flop because I likely have the best hand and there is no sense of raising since he won't call with anything I beat. On the turn I figure him for at least the same hand as me, but probably an overpair. I figure that I can rep a set since I wouldn't raise it on this dry of a flop very often. The small raise is intended to get called. I did this because it reps a big hand while enticing him to call on the turn. It also gets me more money when it works than just straight shoving the turn or raising to like $120 and having him be committed. It also sets up a shove for about 90% pot on the river which will look really strong. I planned on shoving all rivers pretty much (maybe not K or Q). Thoughts? Is it better to just call turn and then fold river UI or check behind? Should I just fold the turn?
