The odds are good, the deck is horrible... this comes down to reads. Readless I think I fold.

you can fold the river and pretend you have discipline but the real error here is on the flop.

Can someone explain to me how they think this flop should be played if there is something really wrong with it?

I think I'd play this hand pretty much as above. Sure flop donk looks a little weak but we do only have mid pair...

Are you saying fold here?

Either raise or fold the flop. You can't just think about the strength of your hand and make your decision for that street. What if the ten doesn't hit on the turn, would you be calling another bet? Betting if checked to? Checking behind?

Raising the flop makes the hand a lot easier to play. If you are raised it's an easy fold, if you get called and don't improve you can either fire again on the turn or check behind and make the decision on the river. If you improve, you fire again on the turn and commit to the hand.
