Default What is the best time to register for an event?

I will be in Vegas on June 13th and want to register for the 16th 1.5k Nl event, so what is the best time of the day to register?I obviously hope to avoid the extra long lines and i want to come a day or 2 before the actual event.

Or is the line constant?

I walked past the registration area on June 6th and there wasn't a large crowd. (afternoon) I'd just register when you get in town and are in the RIO area...

I remember registering late night around 11:00 pm and there was no line - just Andy Bloch in front of me. I am not sure if they close at all.

i played a sat at about 4 a.m. i'm pretty sure you can register any time.

my buddy registered for the saturday 1500 nlhe event around 6 or 7 p.m. and only had to wait about 40 mins or so.

if you're really impatient, register around 2 a.m.

I'm playing in the $2K NLHE starting on Friday & don't get into Vegas until about 11PM Thurs night...

Can anyone describe exactly where the registration desk is at the Rio? Is it down the hallway towards their ballrooms / convention area?

Also, anyone confirm registration is open after midnight / 24 hours?

Thanks!

Registration is all day every day. I arrived in Las Vegas at 10:30AM and hustled over to the Rio expecting a long registration line. It took me less than 5 minutes to stand in line and register for the noon tournament that day.

The registration windows are in the Amazon room along with the main tournament area. Get a players card before you register if you do not already have one.
