Legal Poker in Montana

In senator Alfonse D'Amato's web conference today, there was a reference to legalized poker in Montana (similar to what's being proposed in Texas). Can anyone bring me up to speed regarding what the stakes are? Standard rake? Do they run tournies or just cash games? Is this only in bars & taverns, or do they have card rooms similar to California also?
