No reads, but villian has fishy stats (40/5/.5 over 18)

Is this every really a worse ace? I raised UTG and have shown strength throughout. Villian's a fish, not a maniac.

Considering he has fish stats, I think the turn min raise after flop smooth call screams strength. All you beat is a bluff and a fish doesn't bluff raise like that. I see a definite fold.
