First 10k hands stats. Looking for a bit of general advice.

Well finally reached the 10k hand mark. Not doing too badly but seem to be having pretty bad swings. As you can see by the graph im sometimes losing 3 buy ins within 500 hands or less. Really want to iron this out as i know its not normal. Looking forward to any advice. (dont play heads up - i know lol)

Only had time for a quick look but steal the blinds more. 30-40% seems like a good amount.

Also your turn AF drops and then picks up again on the river, not sure if this a big problem though.

Is the first NL10 line item Full Ring? If so, you are being way too lose in that game. You should be VPIP less than at 6 max, not more.

General Comments:

1. I am a bit confused. Are lines 1 and 3 both six max. If so, why are your stats so different.
2. I am going to go with the third line for this since I don't know what the first one is.

Starting from the left and in no particular order.

3. My VPIP from the sb would be much higher especially at 10NL. You should be getting a lot of opportunities to complete in multi-way pots with lots of hands.
4. You ATSBs is a bit too low. 30-36 or so would probably be better.
5. WTSD of almost 30% is pretty high. This stat varies based on your play but in the 20-24 range seems to work for me.
6. You post flop agro numbers are pretty low. Bet more often, call less often.
7. I am going to guess that the swongs are caused by overplaying pair hands and draws. Calm down a bit on these two and you should reduce your variance.

Lastly, post your position stats. They are probably as valuable if not more valuable than the general tab sheet.

Thanks for the help so far.Both stats are 6max btw, just played on different sites. Not sure why it lists it separately.
