Default Staff suicide pool. What should happen in case of a tie?

Just wondering. The other guy that's left has AZ against SF right now. If it was a tie, what would be the fairest decision? Anyone with experience on how these are normally done?

Ryan

My very uneducated guess would be that the rules state/imply "if you lose, you're out." If they tie, they don't lose, so I say they're still in.

Usually, ties lose in these pools. The rules will state, "Win and you advance; lose (or tie) and you're eliminated."

You guys DID make rules beforehand, right?

Um, it's pretty clear they didn't. Hence the thread.
