Folding seems silly because it's so hard for him to have you beat on this board. Plus, he minraised, so folding is against everything I believe in.

Raising seems silly because he'll just put you on QQ.

So, call flop planning to call down. I check back if he checks any turn card.

"has played well in every hand he's played in."

I fold. he doesn't expect us to fold here, he c/minraised. Most people who play well don't c/mr a worse jack here for value in a reraised pot, its kinda suicide. I think he has JJ+ here all day.

he can c/mr a pot here if he thinks you missed too, which you didnt. LAGs will make this play, though LOL at his MR. He will also do this with a worse J too, especially if he puts you on AK/AQ or an under pair.

This is a fair point in an EPT sat. Minraise can mean absolutely anything.

i donno. i just dont think a lag who has played "decently" cold calls any worse J's here. the only J i can possibly seeing him having here is the same as yours.

Bakes,

(laggy?) button three bets laggy CO and then c-bets flop.

This is what he sees.

BB min-raises and button folds a lot of his range. He's considering folding AJo for a start.

I really don't see that we can fold just because we've been &&*^&*%$! checkminraised on a paired flop but raising is not good. So call. Check his database and see what he does on the turn.

call down for sure, this one is a lot easier than the other. his range of hands that are beating you is like JJ-QQ exactly, and QQ is less likely (most people 4bet here with QQ), and there are plenty of hands he's incorrectly playing this way.

you should never have played this hand with a reraise. Just call or fold. I think folding is your best option before the flop. if your going to potsize bet after the flop its as a defensive bet to find out if your hand is good or not. a better bet would've been about half the pot as a continuation bet or maybe a probe bet of about 100. but in your sutuation its a deffinate fold to me.

also i think your decision has to be made here on the flop. calling to see a turn is bad, either we are calling all the way down or we should fold now.
