Default What are the most common, easily exploitable NL cash game mistakes?

Heading to LV in a couple of weeks, and plan to sit in as many soft $1/2 and $2/5 NL games that I can stay awake for! From my experience, these games are very beatable. But I'm just trying to gear up and get my thinking clear on what to look for. Here is my short list. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on how they look to exploit these mistakes, and any other favorites. Of course, this list could go on for pages, and the discussion would not have to ever end. But I thought it might lead to some lively discussions...

1) Too much cold calling raises preflop, especially with trouble hands like AJ, KQ or worse.
2) Overplaying TPTK (or even TP big kicker) in a big pot.
3) Advertising big hands by only raising preflop with a monster.
4) Not playing positionally.
5) Over using or under using the continuation bet. And also not defending against the continuation bet on the right flop.

What mistakes or patterns do you look for?
