Check from Moneybookers

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a cheque from moneybookers? I requested one two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it (live in Canada). When I created my account I got my address verification form within 3 days.

I had a similar experience, my address verification came in like 3 days but the check took more then 3 weeks.

Just to update anyone who is interested.

After 4 weeks I filled out their web based "report a problem" form. I got an answer back after 7 days saying my cheque was mailed on the 15th. It's been almost 6 weeks and counting and still no cheque.
