FT 2.25 - Pushing draw?
*** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to Hero [Ah Ad] UTG folds UTG+1 calls 30 Hero raises to 120 MP folds MP+1 folds CO folds Villain calls 120 SB folds BB calls 90 UTG+1 calls 90 *** FLOP *** [5h Qc 8c] BB checks UTG+1 checks Hero bets 495 Villain raises to 1,380, and is all in BB folds UTG+1 folds Hero?? First hand, no read on villain. 1. Call? 2. In the event that you knew he had a flush draw, would ICM prohibit a call? |

Re: FT 2.25 - Pushing draw?
I'd think about raising PF to 150 in a 2.25...nothing wrong with 120, though.
Why'd you lead so much? The pot looks to be 390 on the not-so-scary flop. I'm leading at this for about 250. I am absolutely calling the shove. No way ICM is telling you to fold the best hand against a draw with a huge overlay. That's just not even close to being the case. |
