First hand, no read on villain.

1. Call?

2. In the event that you knew he had a flush draw, would ICM prohibit a call?

I'd think about raising PF to 150 in a 2.25...nothing wrong with 120, though.

Why'd you lead so much? The pot looks to be 390 on the not-so-scary flop. I'm leading at this for about 250.

I am absolutely calling the shove.

No way ICM is telling you to fold the best hand against a draw with a huge overlay. That's just not even close to being the case.
