25nl Fold TPTK? River two pair

Good amount of hands on this opponent. He stacked me on T9x flop when I had AA a while ago, minraised flop with 99 there. I haven't seen him take this line though... call and underbet turn. Plausibly KQ, AJ, J9 I suppose. He doesn't raise PF btw (40/1/2.3). But he takes weird lines with big hands and knows I'm very aggro.

I think you run into something like a worse king or a wierdly played J or possibly even QQ way too often to fold this as you only have to win ~25% of the time.
