suggested terms for shared online account?

a friend and i are looking to consolidate some of our money into one account online and take turns playing because of our reduced available time to play and desire to move some money offline.

i know that this isn't a wholly uncommon arrangement and hope that some others doing the same can comment on their experience and suggest some guidelines for account usage/bankroll management/cashing out/splitting rakeback/etc.
