Default 200---Donk minraise

Villian is 62/18/3 and donkish. We have been dueling a bit, but not crazy. He has $195 and I cover

I raise KQo UTG+1 and villian calls in the SB along with the BB.

Flop comes K65. I bet $16 and villian min c/r to $32.

I called and the turn was a 7. He shoved and I folded. I was planning on calling a bet on the turn, but that usually leads to the installment plan, as I can't control the size of the pot... I prob should(and usually do) bet a bit more on the flop.

What does the min c/r from a huge donk mean? Should I have 3bet him small on the flop to see where I was at? Any other way to play this hand...Thoughts and help appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason

I'm assuming there were no FDs on the board since you didn't include suits.

Anyway, I'd probably call vs. this guy. He'll turn up with weird [censored] like TT and K3 all the time.
