Very weird. I'd call. CCer occasionally has a set, often has a broadway pair and never in my experience has a lone ace. So, I'd call this bet and go broke. There's no value whatsoever in raising.

Probably not but in (my) theory TT-JJ should be the scare cards, more so JJ. I think timing and sizing tells might get me off the hand.
