KQ can be such a pain to play
Villain is 42/15/1.5 after 1000 hands. I *think* this is a good spot, because fish love to slowplay their monsters will often go for a crai on the turn, giving us a cheap showdown, whereas big turn leads are more often draws / weak made hands in my experience. I just don't think fish play their sets this proficiently generally.
Do you think this is good? If so, is it slim, or majorly +EV? Re: KQ can be such a pain to play
I guess this is ok if you think he would be more apt to slowplay a set or K10 than lead the turn like this.

Re: KQ can be such a pain to play
Ewwwwwwwww - I dont like this but cant really see how else to play it. He is only calling this with worse.
You say this is gonna be done with draws and weak made hands. I dont know if this is the case but there are no draws and all weak made hands only have at most 5 outs against you and these are gonna fold to your raise most of the time. I think there is more value in a cll here but still dont like doing that either since then you are committed |

I think that it's a tendency of fish in general. Please chime in with your input if you don't agree! |

Re: KQ can be such a pain to play
I think this is as likely to be a idiotic 2 pair as often as Kx. The turn call pretty much commits you, so your play is fine. However, you probably should have a read after 1K hands on him. =\ Definitely +EV though. nh.

Even though I play 6-8 tables I make sure I get a pretty good handle on the really terrible / good players. |

Why not call? [/ QUOTE ] Because you want to charge stuff like QJ that won't pay for a river bet, you don't want to see an ace or ten hit, and you're not folding on any other card for these stacks. |

Re: KQ can be such a pain to play
I would fold the turn. He likely has the monster of T6o and is trying to get value and protect his hand at the same time.
