Marrying a 16 year old is obv. f'd up but there doesn't seem to be anything illegal going on here.

Ok, I have not read a lot of this thread, so I am probably not the first to say that you are not bound by that contract. Your parents may be, but if you didn't sign it, you are not bound by it. Additionally, minors can void contracts. So if you are under 18 (and for a reasonable time after you turn 18 for contracts you signed when you were younger than 18, iirc) and you did sign the contract you can just void it.

IANAL, but I am pretty damn confident what I have said is correct.

You take being a scumbag to completely new levels. If you do this I hope it comes back to haunt you in horrible ways. I'd tell you to get on with your life but obviously you don't have one so that option is out the window.
