I would fold it on the flop. You're probably only ahead if you can be 100% sure he's on big time tilt.

say this players agro factor was 6-7 on a large sample of hands. would you still fold flop???

Should have raised preflop first of all.

And take the action away on the flop or the turn. But stop calling. How do you intend to put him on a hand, you haven't applied any pressure on this guy throughout the hand.

I can understand if your trapping the possible tilter with 2 pair, but as it stands I can't say I like the way you played this very much.

Don't like the limp at all, but after that I'd be folding to the flop raise without information on the player, he could have hit anything after the limp, it's not worth it for Jacks. It sounds like you had a good read on the player, so 4 bet it on the flop rather than calling if you trully think this is him betting for a flush draw or gut shot.
