Default NL50 - raise set here or wait one street?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($80.35)
CO ($52)
Button ($17.80)
Hero ($50.25)
BB ($223.60)
UTG ($15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG (poster) checks, MP calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1.5</font>, Hero calls $1.25, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $7</font>, UTG folds, MP calls $6.50, CO calls $6.50, Button folds, Hero calls $5.50.

Flop: ($30) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $3</font>, CO folds, Hero ??

MP was 70/8/1,1 over ~50 hands.
CO was 74/45/2,2 over ~100 hands.
BB war 21/18/2.1 over ~570 hands and seemed pretty competent, also I didn't a special read on him. The other two were pretty much like the stats look, though CO wasn't very aggressive postflop.

I dunno if I should raise or call here. Call has the advantage, that BB might attack our weakness here and it gives him as well as MP a chance to hit some two pair, that I will stack in a heart beat. Pros for Raise are the fact, that MP as the station he is might call a raise loose enough/is going to stack of loose enough, that there is no need to wait until he hits two pair and he could also prevent BB from raising here.

Overall I think, raise is definately better, but I wanna here some more comments I a call prolly has merits too.
