somehow I lost group 2 when shoving when I was writing it.

In a nutshell, when you shove AK, you will lose about 9bb when you get called by a pocketpair under kings. When you win you get 17bb. If he folds 53% of the time, this is a +ev play of 0.01bb.

All of my calculations were based off AKo and AKs combined btw.

okay?

had it been utg v btn or something you can make a case for doing something. but btn v blind, im not folding.

CO vs Button ftw. I actually prefer calling over 4 betting pre if it was btn vs blind against this type of player.

my entire post was the math on why you should 4bet shove AK here, not folding. care to read it more carefully?

it's also CO vs BTN here.
