Any previous reads, betting patterns at all on UTG+1? ANy range of hands that UTG+1 had raised PF with before and took to showdown?

reads would definitely be helpful here.

i think you could bet/fold on the turn against a lot of opponents.

dont really like the turn + river play.. i think that is a bet/fold situation since you have no read for the opponent.

I could see betting out on the turn and folding to a raise. I don't really like calling down 2BB to see his club.

Without a read on UTG+1 as being a total idiot, I'm folding on the turn. I'm also not sold on the flop 3bet--I'd much rather call his raise & pop a non-[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] turn.

What can you beat? Possibly a KK,QQ without a club. Maybe JJ without a club. How likely is it that your opponent has one of these hands? IMO the bet fold line has a disadvantage that your opponent might very well raise you on the turn with one of these hands. I can't see where you played it that bad and your c/c on the turn may encourage your opponent to bet a worse hand convinced that you don't have a club. Opponent may slow down on the river after a c/c too. You're not a favorite but the pot is laying you a decent price to call down IMO.

I think that the turn is the place to dump our ahnd, but I think C/F is probably the way to go. If he checks behind again, I C/C the river (yes, I know we're ahead, but I want to induce a bluff.)

I can't see anything that we could ever be ahead of given the preflop/flop action.

Again, if we have some reads, I might play this differently, but against your average 20/5/1 type, I think anything other than a C/F is us not admitting that we are truly crushed.

If for some reason you bet the turn (I still prefer check/fold there) and he calls, I bet/fold the river.
