Default NL25 - TT vs loose opp on a double paired board

opponent was loose semi aggressive at 40/22 after 40 hands. i wasn't sure where i stood and the river looked like a value bet to me. analysis?

I think you're beat here. I don't think there's a 1:3 chance you are ahead of his range, I'd fold.
